Darn, still not working - I noticed this link is not working: 
baseurl=http://linux.dropbox.com/fedora/\$releasever/
gpgkey=http://linux.dropbox.com/fedora/rpm-public-key.asc


So it's not finding the file, tested that just in my browser address bar.
