A little more info could be helpful: CPU model, bios revision, GPU and
current driver

Have you run a hardware diagnostic (including RAM and disk)?
Do you see anything in 'xl dmesg` or 'dmesg' that look like serious errors?
Does upgrading to ('unstable') kernel 4.8 help?
Does upgrading to fedora-24 template help?
