In a sys-firewall terminal session, make a backup copy of the file it's complaining about (/var/lib/qubes/dom0-updates/etc/yum.repos.d/fedora.repo), then edit it. Remove the value it's complaining about (failovermethod=priority). Save and try again.
If it still fails, you might want to create a fresh sys-firewall, or change your UpdateVM to point to a different AppVM.
