'server ntp'. That's _all_. It assumes that you have a working internal server that has a name (probably an alias) 'ntp' in DNS. This configuration file is then for your internal clients. Adding the iburst flag is a good idea. Adding a line for the drift file is a good idea. Adding more servers is a good idea. Adding restrictions is a good idea... once you understand them.
