If I try to access bugs via the frontpage ( first oops: can't verify
certificate )
I can access most bugs Like (random testing):

https://ntp.isc.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=477
but get the discussed errormesage on forex:

https://ntp.isc.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=528
now this one is OK again:
https://ntp.isc.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=529
Is there some underlying principle i do not get?
