Bug 528, titled "AutoCC Code change test", is used to test and maintain some site-local Bugzilla cumstomizations. It may be be marked as read only by the NTP security team. Or it may be public. The exact state will vary depending upon what testing was recently performed. If you wish to see a complete list of open bugs for ntpd please visit https://ntp.isc.org/bugs/query.cgi (the "Search" link at the bottom of any bugzilla page), select "ntp", and click the [Search] button (or just press [Enter]).
