It was 3 or 4 ppm. That's big enough that I think it very unlikely, but not impossible. Even if it happened only once per year, somebody would probably have noticed by now. There are a lot of geeks on this list/newsgroup. Alternatively, there are probably other more likely explanations. -- These are my opinions, not necessarily my employer's.
