What kind of Time Zone Data?

 Data that reflects what time zone the NTP server thinks it is in?

 FYI,
  The Daytime Protocol (RFC-867) provides DST info
   If you were to query a NIST server,
    they provide that as well as NTP
     e.g. time-c.timefreq.bldrdoc.gov
      <http://tf.nist.gov/timefreq/service/its.htm>
