And then there is PLT...  The Spawn of the Devil EMC wise for HF comm's 
(including WWV etc.)

Check out  www.ukqrm.org  Bit of a cheesy site, but all the gore is 
there.  Also, the messages on the Yahoo group of the same name, 'UKQRM' 
that is.
