Some devices put out a narrow (10 microsecond) pulse. I don't know
what the Oncore does.
ISTR that the Oncore uses a pulse with *one* edge within 50 nanoseconds!
I don't recall which edge is the time mark. I doubt if it matters
much after your computer brutalizes it.
If you really need to know, you can try to track down the company that
bought the technology from Motorola; I no longer recall the name. You
might even try Google to search for the details
