Apricot-Cream Cheese Spread
1 - 3 ox pkg cream cheese, softened
1 t. honey
1 c. canned apricots, drained and chopped
1/4 c. pecan, chopped
Beat cream cheese and honey together at med. speed with electric hand mixer,
until smooth and fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread on whole
wheat bread on serve with some wheat crackers. Makes pretty open faced
finger sandwiches.
