ok - these have been the one thing I have missed since not eating meat.  And 
I'm sure 
many of you have made them, but for some reason ,it didn't dawn on me to make 
them til 
last nght.

1 eggplant - peeled, sliced lengthwise
1 zucchini - sliced lengthwise
6 portabello mushrooms
Your favorite mesquite or "fajita" marinade brushed on veggies.

sliced onions
sliced peppers
spray oil, sautee til just golden and quickly deglaze with vegetarian 
worcestershire (there is fish stuff 
in regular worcestershire) 

fajita wraps
avocado
tomato
lettuce shreds
soy cheese shreds


Holy cow they were awesome last night.
