At last, someone who cooks like I do! I never really shop with a plan for what I'll eat the coming week, if it's fresh and looks good at the Farmer's Market then most often I'll buy it.
My favorite of late is a pesto made with equal parts of fresh basil and dandelions greens. Add a few walnuts and some sun dried tomatoes in oil (adding extra olive oil as needed) put everything thru a food processor and served over pasta.
