Seems like working for me (“seems” because of bsc#1236907, quilt setup doesn’t work for me, but at least it doesn’t break with multibuild SPEC file). Two comments: 1) Would it be possible to make it per-user configurable (i.e., all openSUSE developers could use /usr/share/spec-filters/obs be automatically applied) by some option in ~/.quiltrc? 2) Entia non sunt multiplicanda praeter necessitatem, meaning, do we need to create yet another directory under /usr/share? Wouldn’t it be better put `spec-filters` directory under /usr/share/quilt?
