Thanks for the feedback. I hope to have bsc#1236907 fully fixed by the
end of next week.

That's already possible. Simply add:

QUILT_SETUP_ARGS="--spec-filter=obs"

to your ~/.quiltrc and the new option will be automatically added to
any future quilt setup invocation.

Oops, that's an error on my side. I'm installing to /opt/quilt for
testing purposes, and that fooled me into thinking that the new spec-
filters directory was already under the quilt "namespace". I'll fix it
to be /usr/share/quilt/spec-filters. Thanks for reporting.
