I don't think it was a situation of "Let's cut off the fat and charge 
them more". If I remember right (and my memory could be fuzzy on 
this), Gary said it was more like his provider started formatting 
this information in a different manner, thus requiring a drastic re-
tooling to get it back in the old format. 

It was so easy to scroll down a spreadsheet to find out what the 
company's main line was, now that requires going to the internet. 
Let's say you wanted to find a stock that does business in China and 
the word China is not in the stock name. Just hit Ctrl+F in Excel, 
type in the word China, and the job is done within seconds. So many 
uses. 

Don't get me wrong, I am not complaining or belly-aching.....more 
like reminiscing.....and wishing for the good old days. Hahahaaaa!!!!
