Hello That indicates that the data files have gotten corrupted.
The only way to resolve it is to re install. Here is the link to download the program and data files: http://www.qp2.com/downloadinstaller.php That link will download an installation program that will let you install the Quotes Plus program and data files on your computer. You will need to download between 100-200 megabytes depending on the options that you choose. You are allowed to install our program on two machines only and can not share your log on information with others as you are the only authorized user of this account. If you have a dial up connection to the internet, let us know. Do not try the download, we'll have to send a cd out to you in that case.
