Hi Gary / Ken - Just wondering if you guys got this problem resolved. I am having exactly the same problem, same error messages, etc. The QP version I have installed, prior to trying this one, is QP3Setup.exe
Should I just try to reinstall the original setup? Any other suggestions? Thanks! Just click Update Database to apply the data that was downloaded. Start - Programs - Quotes Plus - Update Database. It should be ok after that. It installs the new chart program and downloads the latest Hemscott updates. It does not touch the old chart program, both chart programs will be functional.
