Quotes plus does not adjust historical prices for common stock shares
when a cash dividend is paid. Prior price data is only adjusted for
stock splits and when a stock dividend, a dividend paid in additional
shares of stock, is paid.

The adjustment factors used to adjust historical stock prices is
provided by Quotes Plus Data supplier.
