Hi Ludovico I had to setup the ALSA device in my case "ALC269 Analog" not the ALSA:Default. Here the TEST Button works fine. All other settings are default
In the Notification area, I use only the "Incomming call" and the "Call closed" with the default sound files, here the play button gives no sound. I realized that the sound files are not stored in the local ~/.qutecom/config.xml. They are stored in the /usr/share/qutecom/config/config.xml but with a relative path.
