Hi laurent,
2nd question you asked I could answer on my own:
sipgate does support: RFC2833
I've double checked this information via my login and lookup in their FAQ
system.
I do have a C450 Siemens VOIP Phone this one is using RFC2833 and is
working fine.
EKIGA Softphone, which is running on the same system as qutecom is
configured to use RFC2833 and is working fine.
I'll try to generate the needed *.cap file.
