I've just commited the fix to the issue....
There was also problem on our side too...
ourt stack generates 2 duplicates rtp event packet at the end of dtmf
digit to enchance reliability.
The problem was that these duplicate packet had different sequence
numbers...
Normally the servers would recognize that the duplicate packets have same
timestamp and ignore them as late, but apparently sipgate.de relies only
on sequence numbers
