#124: is it a bug? qutecom can't load resources when the path have non-ASCII
characters!

qutecom can't load resources when the path have non-ASCII characters!
for example, qutecom.exe is in path:
c:\新建文件夹\release\qutecom.exe
when run qutecom, the interface(GUI) have no pictures at all
but if in path:
c:\new\release\qutecom.exe
it goes well, and can load pictures.
how can i resolve it ?
