#124: is it a bug? qutecom can't load resources when the path have non-ASCII
characters!

:/pics/profilebar/bar_start_status_offline.png does not exist
make me feel that is not a problem of where qutecom is running but a bug
at build time because ":/....png" means a Qt embeded resource, it doesn't
depend of the directory where executable is launched ...
Can you try to move QuteCom built in c:\new\release\ into c:\新建文件夹\ and
see if you obtain the same result ?
