#186: video colors are swapped on latest ubuntu ppa version

since upgrading to the latest version of the ubuntu ppa build
(2.2~rc3.hg396~dfsg1-5~karmic1~ppa1), video colors have become 'purple'
(ie R and B swapped in RGB).
this appears to be a display artifact only - both the remote video and the
inset view of myself are 'purple', but everything looks good as far as the
person on the other end of the call is concerned...
