Looks like launchpad has some issues. You can work around it by dowloading
the tarball from Debian before running dget:
wget
'http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/q/qutecom/qutecom_2.2~rc3.hg396~dfsg1.orig.tar.gz'

something has changed... if you've still got a copy of the previous build,
I could try that to confirm it works.
Looks like it is no longer available on launchpad :(
