#207: can't connect though proxy port 5962

 Because I could not receive incoming calls, OVH support advise me to
 connect my soft-phone through proxy sip.ovh.net:5962

 But QuteCom don't manage to connect.

 (Zoiper does and I receive incoming calls)

 Win XP pro x64 SP2
