#207: can't connect though proxy port 5962

 Hi Julien,

 There doesn't seem to be a SIP server running at sip.ovh.net on UDP port
 5962.

 When I do:

 $ sipsak -v -s sip:sip.ovh.net

 I am getting
 {{{
 SIP/2.0 501 Not Implemented
 Allow: UPDATE,REFER,INFO
 Call-ID: [email protected]
 CSeq: 1 OPTIONS
 From: <sip:[email protected]:47713>;tag=346be604
 Server: Cirpack/v4.42d (gw_sip)
 To: <sip:sip.ovh.net>;tag=00-06730-07892d83-14b3ef995
 Via: SIP/2.0/UDP

 Which indicates there is a SIP server listening on UDP port 5060 at
 sip.ovh.net


 but when I do:

 $ sipsak -v -s sip:sip.ovh.net:5962

 I am getting:

 ** timeout after 500 ms**
 ** timeout after 1000 ms**
 ** timeout after 2000 ms**
 ** timeout after 4000 ms**
 }}}

 which indicates there is no SIP server listening on UDP port 5962 at
 sip.ovh.net
