netstat -a

with SJPhone.exe running:

UDP INF-VIERI:5060 *:*
}}}
if I exit SJPhone, netstat does not show UDP port 5060 in use.
If I start QuteCom when port 5060 is free, it still fails to open (100%
CPU and nothing shows on screen or at command line).
