#226: QuteCom.exe binary for Windows starts but no GUI and high CPU usage

My network card had 2 IP addresses as so:

IP address : 192.168.0.48
Subnet mask : 255.255.255.0
IP address : 10.215.144.48
Subnet mask : 255.255.0.0
}}}
So I took the first one out, just to try, and left:
{{{
IP address : 10.215.144.48
Subnet mask : 255.255.0.0
}}}
I launched QuteCom and it still failed to open and while it was running at
100% CPU, I listed netstat -a -n and looked at the UDP ports used. 5060
was not listed at all.
