Good afternoon. Already half a year trying to build the project under windose.
Nothing comes. Please tell me how to do it vsetaki. Instructions and search the
Internet lacks.
Please tell me on a clean system windose xp in what sequence and which
versions of libraries and compilers should be placed.
I would be very grateful for the instruction. Thanks in advance.

1. in what order to install?
2. that add to the environment?
3. how to compile?
