Download qutecom deps from : http://wima.co.uk/qutecom-deps/
and also make a settings.bat like this:

@SET QTDIR=C:\qt-4.6.3
@SET INCLUDE=%INCLUDE%;C:\Program Files\Microsoft Platform SDK for
Windows Server 2003 R2\Include
@SET INCLUDE=%INCLUDE%;C:\Program Files\Microsoft Platform SDK for
Windows Server 2003 R2\Include\atl
@SET INCLUDE=%INCLUDE%;C:\Program Files\Microsoft DirectX SDK (August
2007)\Include
@SET LIB=%LIB%;C:\Program Files\Microsoft Platform SDK for Windows
Server 2003 R2\Lib
@SET PATH=%PATH%;C:\Program Files\Microsoft Platform SDK for Windows
Server 2003 R2\Bin
@SET PATH=%PATH%;C:\qt-4.6.3\bin
@SET BOOSTLIBDIR=C:\Program Files\boost\boost_1_38\lib
@SET BOOSTINCLUDEDIR=C:\Program Files\boost\boost_1_38
@"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common7\Tools\vsvars32.bat"

then goto build folder
cmake ..  -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -G "NMake Makefiles"
nmake

wait 2 hours :)

it is important to use cloned hg repository, otherwise it won't compile
