Hi all. I'm fairly new to QWS, having moved from sonar which has decided to comk out on me right when I've decided to start getting into midi again. Anyway, QWS along with vst host does what I want, and I have no immediate plans to do multi-track audio recording, so I don't see myself going back to sonar for a long wile. You're doing an excellent job James, Keep it up.
So, down to business. I'm a bit stuck with the note editor. I know how to select each parameter I want to edit, but like the subject says I'm having some problems moving notes. I can move them fine, but they sometimes won't go where I want them to. Say there's one at 2.22 that I want to move to 2.336. it'll move to other positions higher than that, but not that one. Those were just random numbers so that might work. I think it might be something to do with the snap button, but I'm not sure. The help seems a bit vague on the note editor, unless I'm missing something. I sort of got it working by changing the value in that box, but it's a bit hit and miss. My suggestion is to improve the count in. I've noticed that if the time signature is set to 3/4, it counts you in still in 4/4.
