Well, i am using SFZ with soundfonds as follows:
1) i downloaded the FXB file from
http://onj1.andrelouis.com/programs/
called onj.fxb
2) i created soundfont dyrectory under C: and put this file here
3) i renamed my gm2 soundfont to onj.SF2 and also copye it c:soundfont
4) after loading sfz to VST host, i open the load bank and loaded the onj.fxb file You can use this fxb also (and primary with) the soundfont onj.SF2 located in the same url as i mentioned in first point. I was used synthfont but i din't manage how to use another banks as bank 0 and for me is inconvenient to set properties for particular track in QWS and set also again properties in another program. Synthfont uses something called arrangement files.
