Hi, Unfortunately, it sounds like your keyboard isn't in multi-timberal mode, or omni mode, or something like that, I can't remember the term. I never had to set up such things with my keyboard, it just worked. But some keyboards have a mode where only one channel plays at a time, and you'll have to switch it over to the mode where messages from all 16 channnels are taken at once. How to do this is something else, the manual may explain, but you may need sighted assistance, unless someone here knows more about it than I do, which is very probable.
