Hi Alexander,
Wel the Tyros and most other synths for that matter is equipped with several
dsp effect processors.
These must be assigned an effect and a part to work with. This is absolutely
easyest to do from the tyros as it's done via lots of sysx codes. They are
partially documented in the midi guide for tyros3.

Subject: QWS List Tyros 3 and controllers to set
Hello!
I have a Tyros 3 and use it with QWS. One of these guitars is a electric
guitar, but when I chose it in QWS, it sounds only like a clean guitar,
not like that rock guitars.*grin* Could anyone tell me, if there is a
controller I have to change to make it sound like that and maybe how I
could it also make it sound muted to have this chunk sound, like in rock
songs? I hope I chose the right words, but I am not familiar with this.
