well.. maybe you can try running the installer within that account as well. there is no really specific procedure for achieving an all user settings from the installer or anywhere else, but I believe that if you run the installer into that account then it will hopefully work, windows is now isolating accounts for more added security or whatever. I usually have 2 fonts> one with the piano i like and the rest is a gm sound font. the piano that i like stays on the bottom, so that if the gm sound font has that honky piano sound I dislike.. my favorite piano will alwyas be used by this. having said that, maybe the soundfont you guys are trying to use could be divided into smaller packages say, in sets of 3 files and you can chain them like that in bassmidi?
