Hi, Here's how to use the Punch record:
1. Set the Left and Right markers at the beginning and end of the section you want. To set these markers, move the cursor to the right positions and press Shift+L and Shift+R. If you want, you can check the marks by pressing L and R and the cursor should jump to these positions. 2. Move back to where you want to start recording. 3. Press P (Punch). Check it is on by reading the status bar at the bottom. 4. Press Record (Ctrl+R) as normal. Remember that Punch stays in effect until you turn it off again. I've given all the shortcut keys here, but all the commands are also on the menus. Hope this helps. James.
