Hi Matt, Have a read of the SoundFonts article on the QWS website. This will give you some ideas of how you can use SoundFonts.
The first choice you want to make is whether you want to use hardware of software support for SoundFonts. To a large extent, the sound card itself has not a lot to do with whether a screen reader will support you editing SoundFonts - that's a software problem. Hope this helps. James.
