Strictly speaking, QWS doesn't record in Mono or Stereo, it only records
MIDI.
However, I think you mean, how do I change the stereo position of each
instrument I record?
You need to use the Pan Control to do this: open the Track Properties for
each track and one of the settings is the "Pan". This is the stereo Pan
Position. The range is 0 - 127: 0 is fully left and 127 is fully right, with
64 being centre. Normally, you can use any value, so 96 would be half way to
the right.
