Well, pitch bend is handled just like controllers, though I forget the
controller number you use for it. (I know it's 129 or higher, but you'd need
to check the manual for that) But I don't remember how to scale controllers
in QWS. Remember also that pitch bend is a high density number that works
with positive and negative numbers, not a 0 up range like most controllers
and other values in MIDI. It might be best to just scrub the pitch bend and
re-cut it on the track.
