I've got a more comprehensive list of controller numbers if anyone wants
them. But there's a caveat -- all of the controller stuff is optional, so
any manufacturer or program creator can choose to use or not use the
particular controller for something.
On a related note, anyone happen to know which controllers Native
Instruments uses for the drawbars? Ditto for the organ modules and keyboards
out there. This would be handy to know.
