For tempo changes: Go to the point of the song where you want to insert a tempo change. Then hit control L to go to the event list, hit I for insert and use the down arrow until you hear tempo, and press enter. Now find the tempo event in the list, hit your applications key to go to the context menu, press V for value, and type in the desired tempo. If you would like to adjust the position of your tempo change, press S for start, and type in the beat number followed by a period and the number of tickss. For example, (64.048). As far as bends, does your keyboard have a pitch bend wheel? That is the easiest way to insert bends in your song. Dynamic should be determined by the velocity of your key strike.
