Hello Ales,

Please note, I have changed the email subject.

To make an instrument list:

First, you will need the manual for your keyboard with the data. This is the
source of the information. You should be able to download this from the
internet if you do not already have the manual.

As you are looking at presumably a Yamaha PSR keyboard, you might find it
possible to start from one of the existing instrument lists in QWS.

Please also read the topic in the QWS manual how to make instrument lists for
full information.

The format is simple:

each line contains

MIDI channel,program,bank,name

for example:

-1, 0,15488,Piano 1

This means any MIDI channel, program 0, bank 15488, the instrument is called
Piano 1

There are a few lines you should put at the top, mostly comments.

Finally, test your instrument list by loading it and checking that everything
works.

Once you're ready, please send your list to me and I will be happy to add it to
the QWS website.

I trust this helps.

With best regards,

James.

Subject: QWS List Question in creating tracks

Hello everyone,

Greetings! I have a concern. I tried creating the first channel of a song.
The driver that I'm using is juno ds. After successfully creating the first
track, I tried to proceed to the next track.
However, it doesn't have a sound. When I click gm2 reset in the midi sub menu,
it will have a sound but a different one. Still I'm using the same driver. What
should I do?

Thanks in advance,

Christopher
