Hi Blake,

Yes, it is possible to do this, both on Windows 8 and Windows 10. I use a 
virtual MIDI driver called Loop MIDI, and I use Reaper as my VST host. I either 
configure a project to use multiple MIDI ports, each with its own VST, or I use 
a single port and set each VST up to respond to a separate MIDI channel. 
Obviously, the latter is a little more complicated, but it works. If you're 
interested, I can write up a step by step on getting it all set up and working.
