Dear Alejandro, Thank you very much for your advice. In fact I use GARP and Openmodeller, and they - up to I know - also generate pseudo-absence when modelling. I am searching some R solution to compare the results with OpenModeller outputs. Could you send-me a PDF (or the complete reference) of Lobo 2007?
I never heared about "grasper" and "Biomod". I will give a look on it.
