Dear all,

join us in May (27th-31st) if you want to learn how to perform multivariate
data analysis with R and vegan.

In this 5-day course, we will prioritise exploring ordination methods and using
restricted permutations to analyse various experimental designs. Specifically,
we'll delve into the application of multivariate techniques, including
unconstrained and constrained ordination (CCA, RDA, Constrained PCoA),
alongside between-group tests like PERMANOVA. Topics covered will include
design- and model-based permutations, as well as understanding sample
exchangeability in tests. Additionally, we'll explore advanced applications of
vegan, extending beyond fitting constrained ordination models to include
diagnostics, plotting, and more.
