This three-day workshop, run in partnership with Bioconductor Training, will
introduce participants to the analysis of mass spectrometry-based proteomics
data in R/Bioconductor. Through a combination of lectures and hands-on
tutorials, participants will learn how to:

Manipulate and visualise raw MS data

Work with identification and quantitation data

Apply statistical methods to identify differentially expressed proteins
The course is designed for proteomics practitioners and data analysts familiar
with R, looking to gain practical skills in MS data analysis using Bioconductor
tools.
