Hi, there seems to be a problem with the density function when using it with an rasterStack object.
d<-density(a1,channel,plot=F) "Error in nlayers == 1 : comparison (1) is possible only for atomic and list types" ?density results in: "Error in httpd("/library/NULL/help/density", NULL, NULL, c(48, 6f, 73, : replacement has length zero" > sessionInfo() R version 3.0.0 (2013-04-03) Platform: i386-w64-mingw32/i386 (32-bit) locale: [1] LC_COLLATE=German_Germany.1252 LC_CTYPE=German_Germany.1252 [3] LC_MONETARY=German_Germany.1252 LC_NUMERIC=C [5] LC_TIME=German_Germany.1252 attached base packages: [1] grid stats graphics grDevices utils datasets methods [8] base other attached packages: [1] maptools_0.8-23 lattice_0.20-15 foreign_0.8-53 raster_2.1-16 [5] rgdal_0.8-6 sp_1.0-8 loaded via a namespace (and not attached): [1] tools_3.0.0 In my old Script it works perfectly with the same data. Can anybody help? Thanks in advance!
