I agree that it would be great if there were mailing lists for the
general Scheme community as an alternative to 'comp.lang.scheme'.
There appears to be some mysterious Scheme Illuminati behind the R6RS
and SRFI websites. Maybe those same folks could create the community lists.
The Haskell community has the following mailing lists:
